  Long time no post

I know it's been a while since I posted about what's going on in my world down here in Texas. From June 25-July 2 Alison came down here because she had two weeks off from school. It was awesome having her here because I get homesick sometimes. We went to the CR Smith Museum, mini golfing, saw superman, and went to Six Flags Over Texas. Maybe not in that order. My CFI checkride was supposed to be on June 30, but because I didnt want to leave her, and a luncheon with American Eagle I cancelled it. It is now rescheduled to July 13 (soon!).

Work at American has been kinda slow lately. I got another project which I finished today; to create a new cbt lesson for the atlantic division. It's nice to have work but it's also annoying at the same time. I don't think I can be satisfied with a normal job. It's the same at Resnet. I hate having computers in the office so I work hard to get them all done so that there will be free time, and once they are done I'm sitting around bored wishing for work.

In other news, I went back home real quick to fly and see Alison and some other smaller reasons. Went to PittsBurgh with Alison and had a fun weekend until Sunday. We were driving out to Ikea and the airport when there was something weird happening on the highway, so we braked and ended up in a four car pile-up. It was not fun. Both of us are hurting from whiplash. I used to think it was something people made up for money, but it hurts like hell and is very inconvienent. I hope it's better by my checkride this Thursday. Poor Alison's car was banged up and we're talking to insurance, who will hopefully not cheat us. That would be the final kick to the crotch right now. I hope it will be okay...
